Used complete PET bottling line for mineral water

Description of the line overhauled in 2018:
This unit can process both PET and glass containers.
In this configuration we only have the complete PET line, but we have the filling triblock that can process both plastic
and glass and therefore in the future if you also want to process glass, just introduce some machinery and it can also do this type of production.
The machine can process both still (non-carbonated) and carbonated water;
Therefore, if in the near future the owner decides to also produce carbonated water, it will be enough to introduce a saturator and
it will be possible to start producing water with gas too.

How this line is made up
1. SIPA blow molding machine with 8 linear cavities complete with nr.
2 liter molds 1.5 and 0.50 liters 2. Low and high pressure compressor and chiller group at 40 bar.
3. Pneumatic transport of the blown bottles to the filler.
4. Bottle rinsing unit with neck socket.
5. Isobaric filling monoblock for bottles.
(PET and glass) Cortellazzi brand 60/12, 60 filling taps and 12 capping heads for crown cap.
6. Arol capper 10 heads for screw cap in plastic bottles.
7. Hot Melt rotary labeling machine
8. SMI shrink wrapper complete with heat shrink oven.
9. Handle applicator for applying the handle to the bundle.
10. Automatic palletizer for bundles and cartons
11. Film wrapping machine on pallets
12. Complete conveyor line

NB: This offer for the water bottling line will be valid in all respects only when all sample materials (containers, caps, etc.) will be received, examined and approved by our technical office.
