Automatic rotary labeling station with one of the most versatile and flexible self-adhesive labeling heads.

Electronic programming of the labeling phases on the display and alarms and photocells. Self-adhesive labels are a winning product thanks to their adaptability and advantageous features – they are robust, elastic, and water resistant. Autocol prints and applies self-adhesive labels for containers with constant high precision. At the same time, the machine is flexibly designed that can be adjusted for a wide range of container sizes and shapes. SECTOR OF USE:

CHARACTERISTICS:
The machine is made up of: labeling carousel, bottle table, frictioned auger, central control of the conveyor.

The labeller is equipped with safety devices in order to guarantee the safety of users during the processing phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. The label applicator for self-adhesive labels transmits the label-bearing film to the container through tension and feed rollers. An input pneumatic circuit ensures continuous unwinding of the label-carrying film from the reel. The self-adhesive label is removed and precisely transferred to the container. Labeling glass, plastic, metal or ceramic with self-adhesive labels is possible with this unit. Formats currently installed:
