TYPE OF MACHINE:
The machine is an automatic labeling system for the application of self-adhesive labels on quadrangular-shaped pharmaceutical cartons.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The operation of the machine is controlled via a special quick reference control panel, equipped with a display for viewing the various states of the machinery and the different control options.

During the production phase, the indications of the products processed correctly (good) and those rejected (waste) appear on the display. The manufacturing process begins with the loading of the products from the line onto the incoming belt. These slide through the machine to be automatically labeled and/or printed. The labeller is operated by a start photocell to synchronize the cycle mechanisms according to the type of product and production speed. On the machine there is an automatic reject unit with which the product that does not correspond to the required processing requirements is diverted from the line into a special container. The finished product continues on the next line to complete the processing cycle. Year of construction: 2003
