Work 0.5 l, 0.7 l and 1.5 l bottles in pets, with diameters from 50 to 95 mm and heights from 150 to 340 mm. The rinse section uses 50 pliers to clean the bottles with filtered water or sanitizing solution. The filling takes place by gravity with 60 valves, ideal for natural and sparkling water, and also manages some soft drinks. The stop uses 12 heads for NEK 1881 plastic caps, with automatic power supply of 10,000–13,000 caps and torque control. The SIMEN S7 PLC ensures automation and quick adjustments.
