CHARACTERISTICS:
The labeling heads of the ALritma series are high-performance self-adhesive label applicators, designed to be inserted into packaging lines where speed and reliability are a primary requirement.

ALritma has an innovative mechanical structure, capable of combining great robustness and versatility of use. The drive unit has been designed to make the most of the traction of the stepper motor, guaranteeing positioning precision even at high speeds; inserting the card is facilitated by the side access. The control of the label applicator is carried out by a powerful microprocessor with Touch-Screen display which simultaneously displays the frequently used parameters through the use of symbols representing the various functions and allows the management of very advanced functions, relieving the operator from in particular, the following functions are available: • pre-detachment adjustment in tenths of mm.
• speed adjustment of 0.1 m/min.
• adjustment of labeling delay in mm.
• adjustment of acceleration/deceleration ramps
• storage of different label formats
• automatic recovery of missing labels
• progressive and regressive piece counting
• automatic elimination of double readings
• shift register between the product sensor and the label application point
• end of reel and breakage alarm paper
