GENERAL INFORMATION:

The PF/JET filter is an automatic, fabric-based dust collector, suitable for continuous operation (24 hours a day), with counter-current cleaning of the filter bags.

It can treat gases containing very fine dust, maintaining a very high collection efficiency, even for particles with dimensions of the order of a tenth of a micron. The filter panels are packaged in the form of sleeves. DESCRIPTION OF FILTER MOUNTED ON THE SYSTEM:

Type: PES 500 AS ANTISTATIC STAINLESS FIBER CS17;

Needled polyester felt on polyester reinforcement with low filtering threshold, medium permeability, high tensile strength, antistatic for stainless steel fibers, external Teflon treatment. Weight 500gr/m2, thickness 1.8mm, density 0.28gr/cm. (complete and detailed description in the use and maintenance manual), field of use: filters with compressed air cleaning. Filtration of dust, even abrasive ones, of low grain size, even in aggressive environments for weak acids, at medium-high temperatures, even in the presence of electrically charged or explosive dust or in a solvent atmosphere. Max temp. 130°C with max peaks of 150°C. Dust load: 30g/m3 The filter will include:
