This module is made up of continuous conveyor belts arranged on 13 overlapping levels resting on special sliding guides, built with AISI 85°C stainless steel metal carpentry, suitable for food use and easily washable.

This module consists of a washing tank (positioned in the lower part of the dryer), lifting pump, closed coil for the passage of heating fluid (steam/hot water), manifold with special holes for the distribution of the washing water and filter self-cleaning rotary for water recycling.

The washing operations are regulated by PLC and are carried out during periods of production downtime, with the possibility of adding a sanitizing detergent. Washing must be done at least once a week. Machinery that meets Industry 4.0 requirements as it is interconnectable.
