Used automatic depalletizer for glass bottles Acmi brand model Stratos for 7000 b\h

Used automatic depalletizer dismantled since September 2021 but is in perfect condition.

The surface area required for the processing operation is approximately 20 m2:
including platform for aligning bottles, safety barrier and pallet conveyors.

How the Acmi Stratos works:

This depalletizer is automatic, which means that human intervention is only needed at the beginning of its use:

to insert the pallet of empty bottles into the appropriate space.

So you just have to cut the film surrounding the bottles and remove the middle layer of plastic.

Once this operation has been carried out, the Acmi Depalletizer takes a complete layer of empty bottles and lifts them.

The bottles are all together and placed on the bottle alignment platform to which it is connected.

It is motorized and synchronized with the movement of the depalletizer during the unloading phase.

It is used to align the bottles coming out of the automatic depalletizer used and then transport them on the motorized conveyor belts.

The ACMI Depalletizer procedure is controlled by software that guides all glass bottle unloading phases.

All moving parts are protected by anti-intrusion barriers to prevent the entry of operators during processing;

This is achieved both by physically positioned protection barriers and by barriers created with the aid of photocells.

However, this second-hand Acmi depalletizer creates a safety perimeter where if an operator enters it is automatically disarmed.

The safety devices are activated and the Acmi depalletizer disconnects the entire part from the movement:
by doing so, you secure the operator and the workers on the line.

There are no automatic conveyor belts for loading pallets but they can possibly be added to the automatic used depalletizer.

In this case it is necessary to make both an addition to the PLC of the Acmi Depalletizer and to the program.
