The used automatic depalletizer is supplied with all the necessary safety systems;

this is to carry out production safely for all operators on the bottling line. The loading roller conveyors for full pallets can contain up to a maximum of 3 pallets. It has been overhauled both mechanically and is equipped with a new PLC. These in addition to the one in progress, so depending on the format there may be more bottles waiting.

The bottle unloading and alignment table is not included in the supply; it must be developed and structured based on the bottle formats that the customer decides to produce. The used Automatic Depalletizer worked 30,000 hours before undergoing a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul, so it is now ready for work.

Speed ​​40,000 bph for glass bottles of different sizes. A separate offer will be made for installation and start-up in case of request for the warranty period which is for the mechanical aspect.

In any case, one of our technicians must be present to install the Depalletizer as a supervisor even if the buyer wishes to carry out the assembly himself.
