CHARACTERISTICS:
Machine with painted aluminum structure, equipped with Lexan protections complete with safety microswitch.

Easily cleanable and accessible. Equipped with n. 1 incoming product feeding belt; of pneumatic product elevation group; stacked product collection hopper in AISI 304S steel with independent motorization; Product introduction unit with its own motorization complete with encoder. The machinery is also equipped with an inclined cardboard warehouse with a capacity of approximately 50 cardboard boxes; carton picking unit, with suction cup arm having independent motorization complete with encoder; cardboard transport chain with independent motorization; folders of the cardboard side flaps (flap closure) powered by a brushless motor; Outgoing cardboard conveyor belts (upper and lower) with independent motorization and n. 2 groups of taping with non-wrapping self-adhesive tape. A 3-color signal light tower is mounted on the machine to indicate the general working conditions. The balcony structure allows for total elimination of production residues and complete cleaning. Phase start and stop buttons, warning lights and warning displays are centralized in a single panel. Facilitated format change made using handwheels and millimeter scales. The system has a station that includes the Siemens TP170B SIMATIC PANEL touch control display with LINUX MARLIN vers5.2 operating system.
