Used Costec SFS/9 250 blower and rinser Year 2006 for 2500 bph

The Costec rotary blower and rinser has 9 nozzles and is a machine complete with single gripper for gripping and overturning the glass.

The machine is in an excellent state of maintenance, in fact the previous owner always carried out the required maintenance.

This therefore means that the blowing and rinsing machine is immediately ready to be inserted into the production cycle.

How it works:

In the blower and rinser the blowing phase takes place at the point where the bottle is turned upside down.

These in order to facilitate the expulsion of foreign bodies to its Costec rotary blowing system.

Completely built in stainless steel and with 2 alarms for pressure drop and block for lack of pressure, fully adjustable according to needs.

Currently set up for audible alarm at 3 bar and total block at 2.7 bar.

This is to avoid malfunctions during production shifts. The doors have safety devices to prevent the operator from being deceived so if it is open it interrupts the operating cycle.

Pressure reducer supplied with the used Costec blower and rinser.

The rotating oil fan is from left to right therefore clockwise and with manual height adjustment. If you wish, you can also install the bottle lock at the entrance. The air circuit has been strengthened and speeded up when necessary and this lets out more air with greater thrust.

It has small dimensions and therefore can be easily placed anywhere. The used blower and rinser is available for the various formats listed above.
